Netball World was founded in 2019 by Lauren Watson. A former superleague player herself, Lauren’s drive and experience in the sport has made Netball World grow in the heart of Cheshire. Recognising the lack of opportunities for girls in sport, particularly in their fundamental years.
Mini Nets was born as a fun way to develop basic key ball skills with a netball theme to inspire the passion for the sport. Netball World organically grew and now offers high level coaching to girls of all ages. With a strong ethos on developing young players to be the best they can be on and off the court.
We are a collective of coaches with over 20 years of experience, all highly skilled coaches at Club, County and Superleague pathway level. Netball World aims to provide anyone who wants access to netball an opportunity to be involved and develop.
We provide netball programmes in Hartford and Northwich in Cheshire.
How do the sessions work?
Small group coaching ensures each athlete gets the right direction and support to develop their game. We have sessions tailored to suit all levels of netball, from mini nets to fun holiday camps to specific targeted skills based coaching academies. We advise on the best classes for your child to help them progress.
Mini nets introduces players to netball and the enjoyment of working in a team and our acadamies take players to the next level, where the programe aspires and assists young athletes in developing their skills, fitness and learn through education sessions on what is involved to progress their netball to the next level.
